The air jet sieve analyzer meets the basic needs for air jet sieving of certain powders. Place the powder sample to be tested into the instrument, then activate both the negative pressure generation device and the timer on the touch screen to perform air jet sieving on the powder. The air jet sieve analyzer implements the air jet sieving theory of classification before sieving and can also determine the percentage of particle size limits.
It fulfills the basic requirements for air jet sieving of certain powders. By placing the powder sample into the instrument and activating the negative pressure generation device along with the timer on the touch screen, air jet sieving of the powder is achieved.
The instrument internally uses an imported electronic vortex generator from the United States. In coordination with the negative pressure generation device, the air jet sieve analyzer produces a precise and sensitive negative pressure air vortex. This vortex drives the powder upward through the nozzle, colliding with the sieve lid to remove agglomerated particles. The powder is then re-sucked by the vortex onto the standard test sieve in order of size. Smaller particles pass through the sieve mesh and are stored in the negative pressure generator or sample collector, while larger particles remain on the test sieve. Throughout the process, the electronic vortex generator controls the three-dimensional movement of powder particles by size, realizing the air jet sieving theory: classification before sieving. By replacing test sieves with different mesh sizes for sequential sieving, the percentage of particle size limits is ultimately determined.
